Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, made with natural Coconut Apricot wax,
Wicks are lead-free, coreless made of cotton threads woven with paper, and coated with natural vegetable wax.
Nontoxic phthalate-free Fragrance oils, made using Essential oils are used for the scent.
We test our candles in an open floor plan type house, but for this size of candle, it is better to burn it in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or office.

*Midnight Blackberry - Top notes of uplifting lime and orange add brightness to luscious blackberry, raspberry, and sparkling champagne middle notes. Sugar and praline add a touch of sweetness at the base while a hint of pine provides outdoorsy freshness. This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils, including clove leaf, orange sweet, eucalyptus, pine, lime, davana, and citronella.

*Almond Macaron - The heart of nutty almond is intensified with creamy amaretto–another almond-based aroma–and brightened with top notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon zest. A delectable accord of vanilla and sugar in the base thrusts this fragrance into full-on dessert territory. This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils including orange (sweet).

*Palo Santo and Sandalwood Fragrance begin with fresh top notes of green moss, bergamot, and violet. Middle notes of incense and saffron build depth, while in the base, notes of arid, raw palo santo abound. Hints of sandalwood and patchouli gently ground this gorgeously complex scent. This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils including guaiac wood, cedarwood, patchouli, clove leaf, elemi, bergamot, myrrh, lavandin, and spearmint.

We are using Coconut Apricot wax that is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, skin-safe, and comes from renewable sources. This luxurious Coco Apricot Crème container wax is a vegan blend of natural apricot and coconut and a minuscule amount of highly refined food-grade paraffin wax.

The Fragrance oils that are used in our candles with Nontoxic phthalate-free Fragrance Oils that are FREE from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals.

*Always burn candles long enough for the wax to melt across the container before blowing out the flame to avoid the formation of a tunnel in the wax, which will shorten the life of the candle.

*Please for the first time burn allow 1-2 hours after lighting for the scent to start being noticeable because the scent is released through the evaporation of the fragrance from the melted wax

*Make sure that your wick is always trimmed to 1/4’’ before burning. To be additionally safe, when the wax level is 1/4" from the bottom of the container, you should discontinue use and avoid the possibility of the container cracking. Glass containers are particularly fragile, and heat concentrated in one area could cause the glass to break.

*Always burn your candle within sight.

*Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

*Drafts decrease a candle's burn time, and cause uneven burning, smoking, and diminished scent throw.

*Always use caution! The container may become hot while burning.

*Keep away from flammable objects, children, pets, and drafts.

*Keep the wax pool free of matches, wick trimmings, and debris at all times.

*Once your candle is done, please re-purpose your container by washing it with soap and warm water.

What causes a candle to smoke and what can I do about it?

***If the wick becomes too long, or an air current disturbs the flame’s teardrop shape, small amounts of unburned carbon particles (soot) will escape from the flame as a visible wisp of smoke. Any candle will soot if the flame is disturbed. To avoid this, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before every use, and be sure to place candles away from drafts, vents, or air currents.

What do you need to know about burning a candle safely at home?

***Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.

***Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting

***Follow the 2-foot rule - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains, or anything flammable.

***Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans, and any air currents.

***Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax.

***Place burning candles at least 3 inches apart from one another.

***A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight.

***A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.

***Don’t burn a candle down. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container

Are our candles biodegradable?

***Yes Coconut Apricon wax is biodegradable. Also, some studies have shown that beeswax, paraffin, and vegetable-based waxes are biodegradable.
