USE: Holding one nostril closed, place the inhaler just under the nose, inhale deeply for about three seconds, and exhale for three. Repeat with another nostril. Use as often as needed.

Each Aromatherapy Inhaler should last 2-3 months depending on the frequency of use and if the lid is replaced immediately and securely after each use.
