Pine Tar Salve or Black Drawing salve is a traditional old time country product. You will receive one 4 fluid ounce tin filled with the salve. We have formulated this recipe based on combined historical documents from Eastern Europe and Ohio Amish recipe. Replacing lard, used in the recipe with cruelty free plant butters and oils.

This Pine tar Salve is made with skin loving Olive oil infused with Calendula, Closed Kiln Kreosote free Pine tar, Castor oil, Bees wax, Shea Butter, Sunflower lecitin, vitamin E and Kaolin clay. Pine tar was used at 8%. Does Not stain the skin, it was applied on the hand in the picture.

We added Lavender, Rosemary Essential oils and Myrrh Resinoid, known for their antimicrobial and healing properties. Pine Tar salve has a natural light smokey scent mixed with light herbal tones. It smels very pleasant, like a log cabin of an herbalist!
