Upon fizzing, the Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oil Shower Bomb Fizzy releases the powerful aroma of essential oils that can relieve sore muscles, help headaches,s and open airways necessary for relieving sinus and chest congestions.

For best results place in the shower away from a direct stream of water so that it will just be wet from the bottom.
Run a hot/warm shower for several minutes before use. This will help the fragrance cling to the moisture in the air and the fragrance will last longer.

To get the benefits you do not always have to take the shower. Simply place a steamer in a bowl of really warm water(safely) and place a steamer in the bowl. Breathe in the aroma of the steamer as it dissolves in the water and releases its aromas!
