To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water for several minutes and fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the steam. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.
Do not pace Shower Steamers under the running water, for best results place it on the shelf around your head level.

We've filled our Cold and Sinus shower steamers with our custom blend of Camphor, Eucalyptus, and mint essential oils and added Menthol crystals to help with nasal and head congestion.
