To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water and fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the smoke. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.
Do not pace Shower Steamers under the running water. For best results place it on the shelf around your head level.

To get the benefits you do not always have to take the shower. Simply place a steamer in a bowl of really warm water(safely) and place a steamer in the bowl. Breathe in the aroma of the steamer as it dissolves in the water and releases its aromas!
