Ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil, Therapeutic grade Essential Oil of Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Rosemary, Copaiba Balsam

Directions: Shake Well before use to ensure the essential oils are properly mixed. Then apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, behind the ears, insides of the wrist, etc.
