*Neroli (Citrus aurantium L.) - The health benefits of neroli essential oil can be attributed to its properties as an antidepressant, aphrodisiac, antiseptic, bactericidal, cordial, carminative, cicatrizant, cytophylactic, disinfectant, antispasmodic, deodorant, digestive, emollient, sedative, and tonic substance.

*Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata) The health benefits of Ylang Ylang essential oil can be attributed to its properties as an antidepressant, ant seborrheic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, nervine, and sedative substance. It is also used for lowering high blood pressure.

*Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii var motia) Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. It is also considered to be an excellent skin-balancing oil for all skin types, much like Neroli essential oil. It is a marvelous oil for supporting digestive health. Palmarosa is also viewed as helpful in uplifting and steadying the emotions.

*Sweet Orange - The very smell of orange essential oil reminds you of happy moments and brings pleasant thoughts to mind. That is why this oil is frequently used in aromatherapy. It creates a happy, relaxed feeling and works as a mood lifter, which is perfect for people who suffer from depression or chronic anxiety.

*Lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Burm.F.) Preliminary research indicates that lemon essential oil may enhance mood. In a small study published in Psychoneuroendocrinology in 2008, for instance, researchers found that inhaling the aroma of lemon essential oil was more effective in improving mood than aromatherapy involving the use of lavender essential oil.

*Frankincense(Boswellia serrata ) - Frankincense essential oil is said to promote spiritual awareness and deeper meditation, a better connection to your higher self

*Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) - has one of the highest levels of sesquiterpene in an essential oil making it one of the top essential oils for meditation. Sesquiterpene’s delete bad information in cellular memory so inhaling this oil can help to eliminate negative thoughts. This oil can help reduce stress, bring focus and can assist in a deep spiritual “opening” while bringing calm and tranquility.

*Helichrysum Gymnocephalum - significantly reduces pain and upper respiratory infections. Due to it’s unique composition, this oil is widely used for headaches, migraines, muscular aches and pains, tendonitis, sciatica, rheumatism, menstrual cramping, Herpes outbreaks, hematoma, gout, bronchitis and goiter. Also helps with Irritability.

Directions: Shake Well before use to ensure the essential oils are properly mixed. Then apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, behind the ears, insides of the wrist, etc.
